Overview:

Join our team as a Police Officer and serve and protect the community with integrity and dedication. We are looking for individuals who are committed to upholding the law and ensuring public safety.

Responsibilities:

- Enforce laws, respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, and patrol assigned areas
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare reports
- Arrest suspects and testify in court
- Provide assistance to the public, including traffic control, crowd management, and emergency response
- Engage in community policing initiatives to build positive relationships with residents
- Utilize leadership skills to mentor junior officers and collaborate with team members
- Perform CPR and first aid when necessary
- Handle animals safely when required
- Conduct loss prevention activities to prevent theft or damage
- Provide care for animals in distress

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a college degree or military experience
- Completion of a police academy program or relevant certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to pass physical fitness tests, background checks, and drug screenings
- Proficiency in criminal investigation techniques and report writing
- Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate tense situations
