- Initiates and performs tasks related to recruitment of all OALRS positions.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting tools and techniques.
- Building connections with candidates by attending career fairs and visiting schools/colleges/universities.
- Coordinates a recruitment network within OALRS and serves as member of state’s recruiting network.
- Coordinates the internship program, continuing education (including Comprehensive System of Personnel Development program), and loan forgiveness programs.
- Manage OALRS’ use of the statewide applicant program (HireTrue) and reports.
- Leads all efforts related to the mass hiring events within Disability Determination Services.
- Monitors OALRS onboarding surveys and prepares reports.
- Disseminates and monitors the OALRS exit surveys.
- Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies.
- Prepares HR related reports for the Assistant Commissioner.
- Travels for purpose of recruitment, which may require overnight stays.
- Travels for the purpose of interviews across the state of Missouri, which may require overnight stays.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Three to five years in the field of Recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, or Employee Engagement OR a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or closely related area.
