About the Role:
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by coordinating various HR functions, including data upkeep and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding. This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Human Resources or Office Administration who is committed to professional growth in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintains and reports on HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
· Coordinates recruitment processes, from posting job openings to scheduling and participating in interviews
· Coordinates onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees
· Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, hiring processes
- Builds knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
· Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
Ideal Candidate:
· Background in Human Resources or Office Administration
· Strong desire to grow and develop within the Human Resources profession
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
