Job Title: Clinical Project Specialist

Summary of Objective:
Support Clinical Project Managers and Associate Project Managers by handling JDE billing set-up, the creation and processing of monthly client facing invoices and managing the corresponding monthly forecast. Management and resolution of billing related issues with IT, other PCI sites and 3rd party vendors. Preparation and reporting of internal metrics, reports and financial data to site lead team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enter all newly awarded quotes into JDE Master Quotes program.
2. Set-up MBSO profile for all new projects.
3. Responsible for matching 3rd party invoices with correct PM to invoice to client and management of import of 3rd party charges into ERP system
4. Responsible for distributing and advancing all monthly client facing invoices for storage and distribution activities and recording into monthly S&D forecast.
5. Manage and distribute any one-off or additional billing items to PM team throughout the month to be included in client invoice and/or manually enter corresponding charges not created through MBSO.
6. Manage and facilitate timely production billing within 3 days of EBR to customer to ensure timely cycle billing post production.
7. Liaise with accounting and PMs to monitor and manage outstanding accounts payable invoices still pending final billing to client.
8. Manage intercompany billing and resolve any intercompany billing discrepancies through final credit, rebill and intercompany reconciliation.
9. Research, respond and help to resolve client or internal billing inquiries or errors and create and manage corresponding credit/rebilling as applicable with the accounting and PM teams.
10. Create and run reports throughout the month in support of billing and financial reconciliation and as requested by customers or PM team.
11. Gather, analyze and provide requested financial data and metrics to lead team/management as requested.
12. Monitor and record changes to monthly packaging forecast.
13. Training and on-boarding of new employees within same role, as requested.
14. Where requested, participate and complete other tasks and projects as requested.
15. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP and cGCP policies, procedures, rules and regulations as applicable to assigned tasks.
16. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
17. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
18. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.
19. Performs job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.



Qualifications:

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
- Basic Mathematical Skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
- Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
- Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Preferred:
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to display excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.


The base salary range for this position is $50,080 - $56,000 plus annual performance bonus eligibility. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including and not limited to specific and relevant experience, credentials, geography and subject matter expertise
