Why Gallo?

With a global portfolio of over 100 unique wine and spirits brands, we are the largest family-owned winery in the world. Apply Today! Our Brands. Your Future.

This position will be based in the San Diego Market and will require regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Spirits Brand Ambassador to join our team and represent Gallo Spirits brands. In this role, you will be the dedicated resource and in-market authority for assigned brands, responsible for developing and implementing training, promotions, and providing exceptional customer support in a defined market. You will need to understand the target consumer lifestyle and customer base, identifying opportunities to activate against targets and increase visibility and loyalty among gatekeepers, bartenders, and consumers. Your goal will be to create trial and adoption opportunities within your assigned territory.

You will be deeply connected to the target culture and community, building from a base of relatively low brand awareness to create stronger consumer awareness, demand, and ultimately brand loyalists. As the face of the brand, you will work collaboratively with the sales team, trade partners, consumers, and marketing. Your responsibilities will include representing Gallo Spirits brands as a category and mixology resource, staying aware of best practices and trends, and developing and implementing brand and trade advocacy strategies.

You will create and deliver engaging educational presentations for trade, accounts, and consumers. Additionally, you will aggressively pursue and deliver on AP, PODS, and consumer event objectives, focusing on availability, visibility, advocacy, and promotion. Building and maintaining relationships with key market stakeholders, including the local trade community, distributor partners, influencers, and local partners, will be essential to continuously promote assigned brands.

As a valued partner and consultant to accounts, you will use your industry knowledge to determine product focus and prioritize accounts. You will develop and manage consumer activation strategies, programs, and events, providing memorable experiences for both customers and consumers. You will adhere to budgets and advocate for the brand through events, social media, and other promotional tools. Coordination with winery support areas, engaging sales and distributor partners, and contributing creatively to brand collateral are key aspects of the role.

You will also support digital marketing programs, engage with social media platforms, and gather content for the brand's social media team. Developing exceptional evangelist initiatives, managing part-time event promoters, and participating in debriefs after events are part of your duties. You will work with sales teams on planning and strategizing for future markets, complete reports, and maintain awareness of global and local market trends.

If you are innovative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about the spirits industry, we invite you to join our team and drive future-focused change.
