Graduate Survey Work Study

This position is for a limited, part-time work study position assisting with the college’s annual graduate survey. Students will call recent graduates with a set of questions gauging their experiences at CCA. Student callers collect this information to be used for reporting to both college administration and state officials. This position would be for 6-12 hours a week and would mostly take place on weekday evenings.  

JOB DUTIES

  • Attend an orientation meeting in early January to learn about the position details and caller responsibilities.
  • Call graduates using a call application and web service.
  • Complete survey forms using the answers provided by graduates.
  • Help prepare a mail survey to be mailed to graduates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
While there are not qualifications for this position, prospective candidates should be comfortable with speaking on the phone. Experience with calling or in other customer-facing positions is a positive. 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have completed FAFSA on file
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
  • Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be seeking an eligible program of study
