We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing organization, leading the marketing team in the development and execution of global aseptic fill/finish marketing strategies that align business objectives with overall corporate goals and branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the global marketing strategy including PR and communications.
  • Provide leadership across the marketing organization and partner effectively with key internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns including employment branding.
  • Responsible for developing and executing social media strategy.
  • Manages tradeshows and conference events.
  • Update and maintain customer facing documentation and literature for digital & print usage.
  • Develops and tracks analytics of campaigns and events.
  • Drive organizational-wide adoption of brand strategy and initiatives.
  • Oversee relationships with 3rd party vendors.
  • Responsible for marketing budget.
  • Collaborates and engages with a cross -divisional counterparts and key stakeholders.
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams to enabling them to meet their sales objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations that can be used to educate clients about the brand and vision of the company.
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, including supervising marketing team members. Analyze and provide industry and competitor marketing feedback to leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs and provides expert knowledge in the day-to-day function of Marketing.
  • Identifies, recruits, and retains top-notch talent.
  • Champions Aji Bio-Pharma's culture and empowers employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.
  • Coaches, mentors, engage and develop the team, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and learning opportunities.
  • Sets performance standards and encourages employee engagement and results through delegation, continuous feedback, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Maintains transparent communication. Appropriately communicates organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, and regular interpersonal communication.
  • Provides oversight and direction to the employees in accordance with Aji Bio-Pharma's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, life sciences or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Marketing. Life science industry experience required; aseptic fill/finish experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) year of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated effective collaboration in matrixed or highly cross-functional business settings.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering effective and strategic marketing plans for services.
  • Track record of creating marketing programs that positively impact brand perception and consideration.
  • Outstanding communicator and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $105,041.96 - $139,180.07

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
