PT Instructor - History (U.S. History) - Continuous Applicant Pool

Job Description

Job Duties

  • Teach U.S. History courses, including preparation syllabus, selection of texts, and holding of weekly office hours
  • Follow department policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in History
       OR
A Bachelor's Degree in History AND a Master's Degree in one of the following:

  • Political Science
  • Humanities
  • Geography
  • Area Studies
  • Women's Studies
  • Social Science
  • Ethnic Studies
  • or the equivalent  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching U.S. History courses at the community college level.
