Financial Analyst II-Remote

Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in CA.

This Financial Analyst II position will assist in project financial reporting and analysis. Provides daily support for projects and budgets. Identifies potential improvements to current procedures, plans, and controls to achieve financial objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Project Financial Management-
  • Build new project cost estimates, review, and reconcile monthly forecasts throughout life of projects.
  • Facilitate monthly workforce reviews / maintain Planview workforce time allocations and reporting.
  • Support project accounting via invoice approvals / go-live / ULWS / manage monthly accruals.
  • SME/UAT for process/system changes.
  • Contract Management-
  • Submit and shepherd SOWs through Coupa approval process (Resource managers / Vendors / Sourcing & Contracts / Third Party Risk).
  • Quality Management-
  • Submit and shepherd SOWs through Coupa approval process (Resource managers / Vendors / Sourcing & Contracts / Third Party Risk).
  • Business Support-
  • Provides support to management, associates, and other key groups via analysis output and financial expertise. Coordinates information and process updates across systems. May prepare documentation, presentations, or other materials for business purposes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Finance or Analytics

If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $91,875 and $159,250. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
